Coaching sessions are offered virtually as well as in-office in Olympia, WA.

Walk and Talk sessions, where we stroll and talk or sit in nature, are offered in Olympia, WA as well as Marin County, CA, and Etna, CA.

Coaching is a service that helps a person move beyond outdated patterns and develop ways of being that enable thriving, with the support of a non-judgmental ally. Holistic life coaching addresses the multidimensionality of a human life and seeks to move a person towards the awareness of their innate wholeness.

Structure

This style of coaching is solution focused and time limited. In the beginning we meet regularly, to front load skills and develop a clear vision to practice outside of session. The goal is to equip you with what you need in order to do the work independently. This way of coaching limits processing of the past, with a greater emphasis on how the past impacts the present, without drudging up past trauma or diving deep into previous experiences. We use the information from what has been in order to inform what is now and where you want to go, centering present experience and developing your ideal way of being.

Ways of Being Coaching structures sessions within a 9 month time frame with decreasing frequency over time. The first month consists of weekly sessions to build momentum, stepping down to bi-weekly sessions for the next month to encourage outside implementation. We then move sessions to once a month for 3 months, meeting to discuss how implementation is going, any hurdles experienced, and ways to enhance integration into daily life. After that 3 month period, we move to quarterly meetings, which can be terminated at any time. One year of quarterly meetings is recommended to ensure sustainability and maintenance, yet more or less is acceptable based on personal needs.

What you can expect from a coaching session:

In our first session together we examine your state of being across 5 dimensions: spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, and relational. With guidance, we explore your relationship with each dimension.

Our later sessions extrapolate upon these dimensions moving towards understanding through guided introspection and the building of one’s intuitive discernment, as well as skill building and translation into the day to day.

By the end of our work together, I hope that you have developed or advanced a way of being that honors your unique expression of life. And that you feel grounded in living an authentically engaged existence.
